Do you love to dive? Travel overseas? Help Others? If your answers
are yes, then you're probably a candidate for the Divemaster rating. At Don Ferris Dive Training, we believe that the Divemaster certification is something you earn, not purchase. If you want to take just the minimum steps and get your card, then we are NOT the ones to sign up with. We want serious candidates only. Many of our former divemasters now work full time in the dive industry - some are even course directors! Here's the way our program works: This is a very extensive
program requiring a serious, several month commitment by you to
study the materials and complete the diving skills necessary to
become a Divemaster. After completing the academic
portion of the course where you'll develop instructor level knowledge.
Most of our candidates "apprentice" under Master Instructor,
Don Ferris. You'll assist with actual "Learn To Dive"
courses and their associated outdoor training dives. We'll also have you assisting aboard a dive boat. Under our tutelage,
you'll experience real Divemastering, not just talk about it, like
the other guys do. Congratulations, you've just earned your Divemaster certification.
The world of diving lies open to you! Price: $550, private lessons includes . . . Prerequisites: Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver with 50 logged dives by the end of the course. Also Required before certification: Must have your own full set of scuba gear. * Note: We reserve the right to decline anyone for this level of training. |
